Business Developer


-Location: Belgium (Hybrid On site/ Client 3d/week))


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across our recruitment and staffing business at Innova Solutions. This is a key strategic role, combining business development, client relationship management, and partnership with delivery teams to win new accounts, expand existing relationships, and ensure a high level of service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, target, and win new clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.Reactivate dormant accounts and build revenue and penetration across the client’s businesses.
  • Share and refine best practices with peers to enhance team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations of terms and contracts.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into recruitment solutions.
  • Recruitment & Delivery Support
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure they understand the client’s needs and prioritise their efforts such that we build trust and respect.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, offer management, and onboarding processes in partnership with internal teams.
  • Business Growth & Reporting
  • Generate leads, manage pipelines, and convert opportunities into results.
  • Drive advertising campaigns, commercial events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, financials in CRM systems & dashboard.
  • Produce regular data reports and design strategic business actions to develop your accounts.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven successful experience in business development, account management.
  • Successful sales background in Recruitment
  • Excellent client-facing skills and negotiation abilities
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into success.
  • Team player who’s able to collaborates effectively across delivery, sales, support and management team
  • Organised, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English + French and/or Dutch
